INSTALLATION
Complete installation on your site, including the engineer’s final site inspection and stamp of structural completion. We can send our full Purcell crew to take care of the entire installation, or we can send one lead tech to assist carpenters of your choice.

DESIGN DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We start all projects with a $20,000 design deposit payment and a copy of your property land survey.
DESIGN
When we receive your design deposit and property land survey, we schedule a phone call to review your wish list and design ideas for the home. We will send your round 1 design as soon as it is ready and go back-and-forth together with the design until you are 100% happy with it.
PERMIT & BUILD
Once you are 100% happy with the design, we will enter the permit and build phase. We then engineer the home and create all the plan pages for your building permit submission. As soon as your permit is approved, your foundation gets poured, and Purcell will arrive with your home package.
FAQs
Typical Purcell Frame Packages are approximately $120/$150 per sq. ft. This depends on the exact design, ie. vaulted space and covered decks.
The cost per sq. ft., including windows and doors, is approximately $180- $200.
Total build cost (for everything including the Purcell package) in North America, move-in ready ranges around $600/sq. ft. This depends on many factors such as; choice of finishings, location, and pricing of the local area contracting fees.
- Custom design and complete building permit plans adhering to all local codes and bylaws.
- Pre-crafted frame package and on-site installation of the entire building to structurally complete.
Windows and doors are usually $30-40/sq ft. Pricing is determined by the size, design as well as window/door company that the client chooses. Upon completion of the design, we will send out several window quotes.
We always start with a $20,000 design deposit and work on your design until you are 100% happy. We do not charge by the hour for design. We work with your one design deposit and do not stop until we hear you say, “I love itâ€.
